As Vice President, she is dedicated to ensuring that the "Anchor" isn't just a concept, but a tangible reality for every scholar and family in the program. Kate’s leadership is defined by a deep commitment to advocacy and the belief that a child’s zip code or financial status should never dictate their access to elite mentorship. She focuses on the essential connectivity of the board—ensuring that our resources are deployed effectively and that our standards of accountability are met with compassion and clarity. She is the pulse of the FCI, working to ensure our scholars have the support system they need to stay centered, both on and off the mats.

Cameron is the guardian of the Fighting Chance Initiative’s fiscal integrity. As Treasurer, he ensures that every dollar contributed is managed with absolute transparency and directed toward its highest purpose: the scholars. His rigorous oversight ensures that the FCI maintains the highest professional standards, providing the stable foundation that allows our mission to grow and our scholars to thrive. He is the steward of our resources, ensuring that the generosity of our donors is transformed into a permanent anchor for every child in our program.

Her role is vital in maintaining the integrity of our records and ensuring that our communications and governance remain transparent and professional. She is the standard-bearer for the FCI, providing the structural continuity that allows our leadership to focus on the growth and success of every scholar.

Her leadership is focused on operational excellence—building the systems that put kids on the mats and ensuring the organization runs with the same precision we demand from our athletes. She is the force that turns "what if" into "what is," providing the operational stability that allows the FCI to scale its impact without ever compromising on the integrity of the program.
